Connect<\/strong> SwitchBot Lock to your phone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Remove the battery insulation sheet. After SwitchBot Lock is powered on, the LED indicator light on the front will blink, meaning that the device is waiting to be paired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open the SwitchBot app and tap the + icon on the top right corner of the homepage, choose the lock icon and add your SwitchBot Lock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Install SwitchBot Lock<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before secure SwitchBot Lock, please connect the Lock to your mobile phone and test that SwitchBot Lock can work properly before installing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. <\/strong>Clean the Installation Surface<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before installing SwitchBot Lock, please make sure that the surface for installation is free from dirt or dust as this may affect your device when installing and may increase the chance of dropping at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use the wet wipe provided in the package or a cloth with neutral detergent to clean the installation area on your door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
