GMK cameras support Vicohome App<\/a>. For the best experience, please download the APP to your mobile phone, install the app and follow the instructions to complete the user registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How To Connect GMK Camera To Wifi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.\u00a0<\/strong>Sign in to App\uff0cconnect to Wi-Fi and add the device according to the prompts (please bring the device close to the router when configuring).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u00a0<\/strong>Turn on the GMK camera, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on\/off the unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong>\u00a0Open VicoHome APP, Tap on\u00a0Add camera now<\/strong>\u00a0or the\u00a0+<\/strong>\u00a0icon in the top right corner to link the GMK camera. Then, click on\u00a0I heard the sound or saw the light on<\/strong>\u00a0followed by\u00a0Next Step<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.\u00a0<\/strong>The VicoHome APP will search for nearby GMK cameras. Click on the camera that\u2019s detected. If the camera isn\u2019t found, make sure your camera is turned on and emitting the \u201cDing dong ding dong<\/strong>\u201d sound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your camera isn\u2019t making this sound, press the power button twice to put it into connection waiting mode. (Sometimes, if you double-click the power button too quickly, it may not respond, so you might need to try a few times.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udca1 If your GMK camera is turned on and making the \u201cDing dong ding dong\u201d sound, but the APP can\u2019t find it, then your camera may not support AP mode. In this case, please use the\u00a0QR code mode<\/strong>\u00a0connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to install a GMK camera?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Choose a good location for your GMK camera, please install the camera in a position where its view is not obstructed and ensure that it is within the coverage of the Wi-Fi network.
The PIR infrared sensor is more sensitive to movement across the camera’s field of view than movement towards or away from the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing a camera allows multiple people to use the GMK Camera at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Click on the \u201cShare<\/strong> \"\"\u201d icon and a QR code will appear in the Device sharing <\/strong>options. Save this QR code and share it with your family or friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Invitees need to download the VicoHome App<\/strong> and sign in, then open the +<\/strong> in the top right corner, select Add Friend\u2019s Device<\/strong> and scan the shared QR code to add the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charge GMK camera<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

App will remind you to charge your GMK camera when the battery is low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please use the micro-USB cable to connect to the 5V\/1.5A charger to charge the camera. During charging, the camera’s indicator light will turn solid yellow, and when the camera is fully charged, the indicator light will turn solid green. It takes 10 hours to fully charge the camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Motion detection settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

GMK cameras are enabled by default for motion detection and alarm notifications. If you need to change the settings, you can do so in the\u00a0Motion Detection<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Notification Setting<\/strong>\u00a0screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Motion Detection<\/strong>, you can adjust the detection sensitivity and recording time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
