iCSee supports Android and iPhone, you can download it from google play or app store.

You need to register and sign in to use the iCSee app, you can register your account with your mobile number or email address.

Connect iCSee CameraTo Wifi

Please connect the iCSee camera to the power supply, except for the camera with built-in battery, all need to be connected to the power supply to work.

If you need to record, please insert the memory card first, and then connect the power supply.

There are several ways to connect the iCSee camera, we recommend using QR code to connect the camera.

QR code mode

You can only connect to the camera in this mode when you hear the iCSee camera saying “start quick config” or “waiting for connect”.

1. Click ‘+’, select WiFi Camera, then click Next.

2. Click Next, then enter your wifi password, make sure your wifi password is correct and click Confirm.

Most iCSee cameras only support 2.4G wifi, it is recommended to connect to 2.4G wifi.

The APP will display the name of the wifi you are currently connected to, if no wifi or wrong wifi is displayed, please connect to a normal wifi first.

3. Click Next, the iCSee app will display a QR code, ask the camera to scan the code, when you hear the camera say ‘connecting’, it has received the message.

Now wait for the iCSee camera to connect to your wifi, about 30-60 seconds.

Note: If the camera does not respond, reset the camera and reconnect, or use another mode to connect to the camera.

4. Once the iCSee camera has successfully connected to the wifi, it will automatically go to the next step, now you just need to set a camera password and name to start using it.

Password must be 8-64 characters which is combined with letters and numbers

5. Set up recording and alarms, you can change the settings later.

AP mode

The iCSee camera is in QR code mode by default, you need to switch to AP mode, press the reset button 3 times in a row, successfully switch and the camera will say it is in AP mode.

1. Click ‘+’, select Other ways to pair and add device, AP mode

2. Click Next, To set the WiFi, then connect your phone to the iCSee camera’s wifi, the wifi password is: 1234567890

There are two hotspot wifi names for the iCSee camera, robot_xxxx and camera_xxxx. Both wifi passwords are 1234567890

3. After the phone connects to the iCSee camera’s wifi, go back to the APP, then enter your wifi name and password, confirm it is correct and click Confirm.

Note: Most iCSee cameras only support 2.4G wifi, please let the camera connect to 2.4G wifi, wifi name and password are case sensitive, please make sure you enter the correct one.

4. Now wait for the iCSee camera to connect to your wifi, about 30-60 seconds, after successful connection it will automatically go to the next step, set the camera password and name and you can start using it.

If the camera does not respond, reset the camera and reconnect, or use another mode to connect the camera.

5. Set up recording and alarms, you can change the settings later.

Network cable connection

1. Connect the iCSee camera to the power supply and network cable, then select Devices in LAN, the APP will search for cameras in the LAN, click the camera you find to add it.

If you can’t find the camera, please make sure the camera is properly connected to the router, and make sure the phone and camera are on the same network.

2. If you don’t want to use a network connection, you can also add the camera and set it to a wifi connection in the network settings.

Using AP connection mode, the iCSee camera can be used in close proximity without internet access.

1. Select AP connection, To set the WiFi, and then connect to the iCSee camera’s hotspot wifi.

There are two hotspot wifi names for the iCSee camera, robot_xxxx and camera_xxxx. Both wifi passwords are 1234567890

2. Connect to the camera’s wifi and return to the iCSee APP, then you can start using the camera.

The AP connection is only available when the camera’s wifi is connected.

Share iCSee Cameras

More than one person can use the iCSee camera at the same time, you just need to share the camera with your friends.

1. Click Share, select the permission you want to share, then click Share, you can directly enter the iCSee account you want to share, or send the QR code to your friend.

2. For QR code sharing, please send the QR code to the person you want to share with, then ask them to register and sign in to the iCSee app, select Shared with me, and scan the QR code to add the camera.

Record Settings

The iCSee camera supports cloud storage and memory card recording, cloud storage is chargeable.

1. To use memory card recording, you need to insert the memory card into the iCSee camera first, please insert the memory card when the camera is switched off, otherwise the camera may not be able to read it.

After inserting the memory card, check if the camera has read the card, check the status of the card in Local Storage, if it shows an exception, click Format Memory Card.

2. Turn on the Record switch in Record Settings.

Pack Duration:The Max duration of a single video
Record Quality: The higher the quality of the recording, the more space it will take up.

In the Live screen, click on Local Record to view the recorded video, if you have just set up a recording, it will take a while before you can see the video.

Motion detection alarm settings

On the home page of the app, click Smart Alarm to turn on the alarm.

In the camera settings, Smart Alarm, you can make detailed settings.

  • Human Detection: Turn on Human Detection to reduce the chance of false alarms. The iCSee camera will detect if someone is there, but not other things such as pets.
  • Action : Action taken by the camera when motion is detected, taking pictures and recording.
  • Alarm Push: The APP will send you a notification when motion is detected.
  • Do Not Disturb: Do not receive any notifications from the camera

Advanced settings

  • Show Traces (Human Detection): Shows a box on the detected object.
  • Rule Setting (Human Detection) : Modify the rule settings and only detect the set area.
  • Alarm Interval : Detection interval, if motion is detected, 10 seconds will elapse before detection continues.
  • Alarm Period : working setting for motion detection
  • Sensitivity: Sensitivity of the motion detection

Auto Tracking

When Auto Tracking is turned on, the camera will follow the movement of the object.

Sensitivity: Detection sensitivity
Return to watch position: When a moving object is lost, the camera returns to the position it was in when Auto Tracking was started.

    my screw bulb iscee camera, stopped working after 2 weeks, I can’t delete account. No option in the App. After uninstalling the App. my information is still in new Install? if I re register, it alerts me, My email is on file, to try another email? what? this App is tracking users.
