The device can only be bound to one primary account. For other accounts to monitor the device, the primary account must share the device to the sub-account. For the device to be bound to a subaccount, the primary account must be deleted before the device can be bound
Ive a camera that is several years old and has not been accessed for some time as the cell SIM lapsed. I am trying to resurect this camera to use again and have forgotton my Mycam ID and login so have a new account. When I try to add the camera it says device added by another user (me previously) I assume there is a database somewhere. Can anyone assist with getting this device id removed so I can re install with my new user account ? Thanks in advance
