Just a few days ago, the Star Eye app, stop working on my android device…. When I try to open it, the app closes automatically or passes into second plane but doesn’t open.

I already trying to restart my cellphone, delete data and cache and to uninstall and install the app again… And nothing works.

Do you know if somebody there already knows about this bug? or if somebody is working on it? or, if we will need to use another application instead of this one?

I use 4G sim version, in description they call this L13 or SmartCam. Even if you grant all permissions for app there is no way to get push notifications. The app has very low rate in the play store and App store. If you see that yours spy camera use StarEye app return it immediately to the seller. It waste of time and money, developer lives in his own world don’t pay attention for negative feedback.

I have changed my wifi provider and factory reset my camera. But I can now not get into the camera, I add a new device, successful WiFi connection, and by the time I get back in the house, the camera has gone and I no longer can access the camera as none are now showing on my account.
Can anyone help. This wasn’t a problem before changing the provider!
