TUSEE PLUS app before on iphone 11 pro max and other iphones, notification was fantastic even visitors will ring on my phone and i will talk with them. But five months now, I can’t get any notifications on iPhone. The is problem with the app and iphone because my whole family with iphone has the same problem for now.
On my android phone, i can receive notification but only the visitor ring does not ring on my android phone but come with notification like ( visitor ) That visitor ringing on the phone is very important and that is why i think many buy the stuff when they hear or see everything functioning perfect.
When I first set it up it downloaded new firmware. To try to make ring type appear I decided to reset the camera and set it again…. now all I’m getting is “configuration error please check” from the camera. I’m sure that is coming from the update but I can not set the camera any more. Please help.
Why this app doesn’t actually ring when someone rings a bell? Using notification for such event just doesn’t serve the purpose. It has to be something like Tosee original App and you get option to answer or reject. I missed all the bell rings since I got new camera and the device is working great, the app is what needs to be fixed.
which ones exactly. I have enabled notifications under settings/notifications/app notifications . Tosee plus has on Show notifications, App icon badges and Event notifications (where the best I can put is Sound and pop-up). All this works, I get notification in pop up and notification panel, I get badges, I get sound, but only of notification…I do not get ring which I can accept or reject and I always miss notification while someone is actually ringing.
And in app permissions I have storage, microphone, location….DO I need camera and telephone too? This not explained anywhere and not offered during installation as all that was offered I have accepted during installation.

I can’t get notifications on iPhone. all permissions on and still don’t get them. toes plus camera. Light turns flashing blue
Can not receive camera notifications, flashes blue then red, but does not record. Please advise, Thanks
The red and blue lights are flashing at the same time, indicating that the camera cannot connect to the wifi.
You can try to restart the camera and the camera may connect automatically.
Or reset the camera to add it again.
