Why the camera is not displayed when I connect to the hotspot wifi of FtyCamPro camera?
- Make sure your phone is connected to the hotspot wifi of FtyCamPro camera, some phones will automatically disconnect the wifi that cannot be connected.
- Make sure you have turned on the GPS location of your phone and the GPS location permission of APP, due to the limitation of the system, you need to turn on the GPS permission for APP to get the camera information.
- If you are an Apple phone, check whether you have opened the Local Network permission of FtyCamPro APP.
- Close the SIM card network, then close the APP and reopen it.
Why is my FtyCamPro Camera offline?
FtyCamPro camera shows offline in AP mode, please make sure your phone has a hotspot wifi connection to the camera, and close to the camera, AP mode only supports close connection.
FtyCamPro camera shows offline in network mode, please try to reset the camera to reconnect, and put the camera close to the router, sometimes the distance is far, the wifi signal is not good.

I have set up FtyCamPro on 2 iphones. I only get the feed on one of them. If I shut down the app on the one currently working, the other iphone will run the camera and vice versa – but I cannot view the stream on two phones at the same time. I thought I should be able to watch the livestream on 2 iphones at once. Is that not the case?

I got most everything to work but the battery life is only about 30 minutes which is rather ridiculous so you will need to have aux power on the camera. It was very convoluted getting the camera set up and I got some of the same results as others but kept trying various things and got it connected and get recordings. Haven’t go to recording when motion detected yet.

Debo instalar un par de camara-bulbo FTYCAMPRO, las probe en mi domicilio con mi celular Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, y ambas trabajan perfecto, pero la instalacion definitiva es en un iPhone. Cuando trato de iniciar con la conexion camara-celular, me da un mensaje de error: ” FT_Tips_NoPermission” y no pudo seguir. Estan dados todos permisos, comprobado GPS, acceso a Red Local. Alguna sugerencia o solucion?
